We are looking for Shelter Support Staff at Chum. In this role, you will be responsible for Emergency Shelter/Drop-In Center services and other activities, as needed, by performing the following duties personally or through other employees and/or volunteers. This is an incredibly rewarding role, and you would have the opportunity to make a big difference in our community. Starting at $16.26/hour.

We are looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator for our Steve O'Neil Apartments Program. In this role, you will foster community and belonging by implementing programs and activities for residents and their families that promote relationship-building, healing, trust-building, exploration, and wellness. All approaches utilize Housing First, Harm Reduction, Circle of Security, and Trauma-Informed philosophies.

We are looking for a youth advocate and early childhood assistant for the Steve O'Neil Apartments. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the vision of Steve O'Neil apartments by establishing predictable, consistent after-school and summer program routines, nurturing academic development, building social connections, and celebrating culture and community life. Our warming center has become a crucial space for people experiencing homelessness during the Duluth winters. We stay open overnights but the schedule has been dynamic with the Duluth weather. There are full-time and part-time positions available. Starting at $16.26/hour.
