We are looking for a Project Developer for Stepping On Up. In this role, you will facilitate the development of shelter and housing sites as part of a community-wide strategic initiative to address homelessness in Duluth. They will take projects from the vision stage to handover to the operating organization(s) by overseeing the design, construction, budget, and closeout of physical properties and buildings for use as temporary shelter and permanent housing. This position is full-time and starts at $21/hour.

In this role, you would be directly working with people experiencing homelessness and helping them get access to resources. Full-time starting at $20/hour.
The Site Coordinator is responsible for two seasonal programs: the Warming Center and Safe Bay. The Warming Center operates November-April as an overnight drop-in center for anyone experiencing homelessness, and Safe Bay operates April-November as a secure site for people experiencing homelessness and living in a vehicle.
