Enjoy these Rhubarb Festival Featured Activities
Bake sale with over a thousand ready-to-eat and take-and-bake pies, including rhubarb pies, rhubarb strawberry pies, and rhubarb blueberry pies. Other goodies include rhubarb pound cake, muffins, crisps, cakes, breads, strudel bars, preserves, and gluten free treats.
Rhubarb breakfast sausage, brats, and burritos available at the food booths.
Indoor and outdoor coffee shop will be serving fresh-from-the-oven rhubarb cobbler and crisps with ice cream, scones, and slices of pie. Pick up a cup of coffee and enjoy some rhubarb treats right at the event!
Silent auction will include the works of local artists, gift certificates, and merchandise from area businesses. A 60-ticket limited raffle will take place for a diamond necklace from Security Jewelers, and several bucket raffles will be available.
Cookbook sale and signing with Bea Ojakangas, Duluth cook, author, and member of the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame.
Duluth Running Company children’s race starting at 9 a.m. Meet at the children's tent to participate.
Children's area including face painting, bubbles, arts and crafts, coloring contest, and a variety of games.
Don’t miss the largest rhubarb stalk and leaf contests! Judging will take place at 2 p.m.
Glasses of rhubarb lemonade, rhubarb juice, and other drinks will be available.
Live musical performers will be selling their CDs throughout the day, and there will be stage show performances throughout the entire day.
